Shipping

We are currently operating on in-store pickup and third party white glove delivery only.  Larger items such as furniture and varying art pieces will require white glove delivery.  For any white glove delivery inquiries, contact us via email at hello@robertbrownid.com.  Stay on the lookout for domestic shipping soon!

Returns and Exchanges

Changed your mind?  We can accept returns and exchanges for store credit with the original packaging and receipt(s).  The items must be in the condition which they were received for full credit.  Please note that most of our items are antiques and/or sourced all over the globe, so you may not find something exactly like it for exchange purposes.  We have a 14-day return policy.  After the 14 days have concluded, unfortunately no credit can be offered for purchased goods.  Any returns that are shipped should provide traceable shipping details.  Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued.  If any item is received damaged or incorrect, a claim will need to be filed within 48 hours of delivery.  Once a claim is approved, you will receive a return label for the item.  Any returns should be sent to the below address.

Order Cancellations

We can accept cancellations on orders that have not been processed or shipped.  Cancellations cannot be made after 48 hours of purchase.  Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product's instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.  We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
